"Ordered a new refridgerator. It was delivered as promised but doesnt work. Here the nightmare began. The Conn's store, service dept. and corporate office DO NOT communicate with each other. The one thing they have in common is when they tell you they will call or someone else will call you back THEY DON'T. I have been given the "we will call you back within an hour" line 5 time in 3 days and not ONCE have I been called back. Oh, and the online service sent me an email saying everything has been resolved and i will be getting a new fridge that works, of course NO ONE can tell me when."

Nine days later, they contacted me to let me know the black Fuze was out of stock and offered me a pink Fuze or a black Sansa e280 as a substitute. I chose the 8g e280 and it arrived four days later. I ordered 2 of the Canon 1100is but they had the nerve not to communicate that they were out of stock and wanted to send me cheaper cameras without my permission. Had it truly been an upgrade, I would not be so upset. They claim it is their next best model guarantee. That would be fine if they gave us the option to cancel instead of dealing with returns."

Negative reviewers placed similar orders for a different version, Co's inventory was depleted and they shipped what they thought was an equivalent camera to fill the order, but these reviewers were really just upset that the original supply was depleted. Conn's did right by me and hunreds of others, so I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again."

"Looks like my issue mirrors the issue others are having -- ordered an item and was shipped a vastly inferior product. Items aren't even close in terms of MSRP.
This is bait-and-switch. Further, they shipped via FedEx. Now for me to return these, I have to drive 10 miles to the closest FedEx location. I requested that they send FedEx to pick these up... was told they would, but of course they didn't/haven't.

"I ordered 2 Canon SD1100IS digital cameras from Con(n)'s. Instead of receiving the 2 Canon cameras that I ordered I opened the package to find 2 vastly inferior Samsung Digital Camera's and a note saying they were out of stock of the Canons so they shipped these instead. At NO point did they ask me if it was OK to substitute cameras (it was not) or notify that they could not fulfill my order for 2 Canon cameras. They simply shipped me 2 Samsung cameras and hoped I wouldn't mind (I do). This is a clear case of Bait and Switch tactics and is completely unacceptable. I would have been perfectly happy if they had simply told me they were out of stock of the Canon cameras and could not fulfill my order but instead they tried to sneak one by me and ship me a clearly inferior product and hoped that the hassle of returning it would make me decide to keep it instead."

"Classic Bait & Switch. Ordered a Canon SD1100is and they shipped a Samsung BL-1050 which is a piece of Junk in comparison. It doesn't even show up on Samsung website as a current model.
They even had the nerve to call this an UPGRADE.
Watch out if you don't want CHEAP JUNK Substitutes."
