"For being my first experience with Conns I was not very happy. First I placed my order online and was told I could pick up my product on Oct. 14 from the Edmond OK store. Got there on that day and of course did not have it. Said they would have to order it from Dallas and should be there the next day. I decided to call before going in and they said it had been shipped to the store across town. Asked if they could have it brought to the Edmond store which is right by where I live and they said they could not do that.What? Do they not have trucks with wheels? So I had to go out of my way to pick it up because I had no other choice. It was a good price but I will not be renovating for awhile so I am just keeping my fingers crossed that it will work when I am finally able to get it hooked up. Was a good price but too much of a stressful hassle to get it."

I bought this TV-LCD TV on the Conn's website for delivery to my mother. There were some initial misunderstandings to be corrected, but the people at the Conn's store (N. Central Expressway in Dallas) that delivered it came back for a return visit to show her again how to use the remote and readjust the picture. It's not Conn's fault and I really appreciate them coming back and hel[ping her very much.
I plan to buy a 50" flat screen and Blue Ray player for myself soon, so I will look at Conn's ads and decide when I see the right deal for me. Thank you. It was a little bit bumpy, but Conn's got it done.

"I am satisfied with the product, however the customer service was horrible. I purchased the product on line and the set up for the on-line service was inadequate. I signed up to have the product delivered, the old one removed, and set up. However when they dropped the product off they informed me that there was another fee involved. The wording was very mis-leading. Sales staff (phone and in-store) were unknowledgeable of store policy. I was given the run-around and was very dis-satisfied. As a result of the lack of professionalism and poor customer service I will never purchase anything else there again. "
"This was an online purchase for a Sound Bar. When I made the purchase, I put the wrong zip code. Customer service at that point was really really bad. Trying to make sure that it would ship correctly was impossible. Is called several numbers, and at one point I was told to call the Texas warehouse directly, and was given the number of a personal residence. That poor lady said she gets a lot of those calls. The price was right, but I won't be ordering online from Conn's in the future."
"I went to the store to look at a tv that was advertised in the paper. I was very disappointed in the sales person's "bate & switch" technique. He made up thinkgs as he went along hoping to sell us a tx we didnt want. He said the whole company was out of the product advertised. We got mad since the store had only been open an hour. I ordered the TV online and had to pay shipping. The tv has an audio problem from the start.
When I called Conns about the problem, they sent someone out promptly. I am still waiting fro the part and have to turn off the TV every 2 hours to reset the sound."
