"Horrible customer service. My drivekey was not working and their "support" department refused to acknowledge the problem. In addition, it was near impossible to get anyone on the phone and when I did, they basically said this is an RMA issue and to go to through their online service. This "service" told me I had a problem with my firmware, even though on the product site it said the opposite.
UPDATE, the company suggest that the Drivekey does not work on 4.2u, according to some forum. They referenced this before and I have answered them. However, if they actually checked the website for the DRIVEKEY, it says it IS compatible with that firmware. Luckily, I got it working but I would suggest a different company.

The company claims they offered me technical support... I offered THEM technical support. Please don't drag this out to try to make your company look better. You STILL claim that the DriveKey does NOT work on 4.2u, but I have proof (my own Wii!) that it does work, with a change in the disc drive. Please don't say that you "contacted" me with a number of options. I couldn't call you, as your number rarely works, your service team didn't even reply to OFEER a replacement until I wrote this review.
Luckily, my item was in working condition, but the problem turned out to be that different drives have different compatibility with different brands of media.
Don't insult me and yourself by thinking that you "resolved" my issues where even if you couldn't offer technical support (that's fine, I understand you may not have a large tech. support team behind you, fine), but at least have the courtesy to admit when you offer wrong advice (ie quoting an online forum for "technical support" where when I quoted THE actual drivekey website, I was told not to look there."

"So I was excited to get my AceKard today and had read up on a lot of things just so I would know what to do once I had it in hand.
I heard the UPS guy ring my doorbell and immediately ran to open the package.
The packaging was well put together and I got everything I asked for. When I started using, however, I was disappointed. The DS didn't even register the card. It acted as if no game was in the slot.
I figured that it was because it didn't have an SD card in it to load data from so I went ahead and downloaded the AceKard OS files from the AceKard site. I tried it again and the same thing happened; the DS just didn't want to recognize the card for some reason.
I don't know why. I'm trying to get a refund for the card and try another one. Let's see what happens."
