"I have used consolesource.com 8 times now. The product line they carry is excellent. I had one defective item which they were very kind to replace for me. Their prices are so good i don;t even bother to shop any where else. My only complaints are slow shipping and the difficulty getting someone to respond via email in a timely manner. I will continue to do business with them but sincerely hope and encourage them to strive to do better on the two aforementioned items. "

"I order this AceKard2i DSi flash card back on Sep 14, 2010 and today is Nov 3, 2010 and I have not received it yet, I have called numerous time to their shipping department and I was told that the item was lost in the mail and they are sending another one, but I was never given any tracking number. The said second item also never delivered. Now more then 45 days has passed and now if I calling the shipping department they are hanging up on me.
This is really bad service, if they can't deliver something then let me know and refund my money.

EDIT: Finally I got my card yesterday after so many calls, email and one negative review. Looks like this company is run a one single person and he thinks by lying and taking action only when people post negative review will work. It won't. This person hang up on my several time and picked up my phone when I used different number or blocked called ID. People are not stupid, they can hear the click sound when you hangup on them. I am never buying from them and if you don't want to waste your money and time, don't buy from them. "
