"Well very dissapointed actually... I placed an order for ck3 probe with LT switch... I paid it. And for ups shipping which was 5 bucks or so more... it proccessed and I printed up the reciept... it took the money out of my account and said I would get it in 3-5 days... I waited patiently till the 5th day... then I sent my urgent message to then trying to find out what the heck... took them 2 days to get me an answer... during these 2 days I tried to call the customer support number over 50 times no lie either... trying to find out what the heck... when they finally got back to me... all that was basically said was oh sorry its on back order it will be 2-3 weeks thanks for understanding... that made me mad... if ur running a buisness online u should have on the site under the product that its on back order... went back to the site to see if it said that it was on backorder and it said nothing of the sort.... sounds like crap to me... u want to keep the customers that buy from you with fast responses. Actually answering customer service numbers and keeping site up to date always... (edit) I got threw to these guys and found out more info they upgraded me for the inconvenience of them being out of the probe I wanted... and I felt good about it... so I also ordered another product as well the even put them both together in the same shipping box for me and didn't charge me anymore shiping for the 2nd item... wow... so all in all I was woried at first but now I'm very pleased with consolesource.com...... definantly give these guys a chance... if things mess up electronically like previouslt stated they will make it up to the customer... jeff was an awesome guy that I talked to... very nice...
