I open the package and notice the item is Used with many scratch on top and bottom. Also the item is defective(DOA). So I immediately contact customer service and get the RMA for item to be return. Even though I was able to process a return but they are not offering an exchange for the same item instead they offer a credit for the item that I bought. The credit, they are offering only included the merchandise and not the shipping credit. Well I paid $7.50 for the shipping fee and now they excluded my shipping credit just because I return a defective item. Another thing is Consumer Depot require me to pay for all the shipping expense for item to be return."
