"I purchashed a AS-IS xbox from him off of ebay. It arrived a day early, xbox worked just fine, it had a broken DVD Drive but that was what you get for getting a used "AS IS" product, which was stated in the ebay auction. I will definetly purchase from them again."

"This company packs their items poorly for starters...I purchased a CD/MP3 player and they sent it to me in an envelope. I received it Damaged. Now to top it off I didn't only pay 7.00 for postage and handling BUT the postage sticker was for 1.98 and the envelope was .98 BUT now because of their LOUSY packing service I have to pay the return for the item an extra 1.98 but I also have to purchase insurance and delivery confirmation. So just by winning a bid I lost 10.83 for their sloppiness. Why should the customer have to pay for their sloppy work?
Does anyone here have access to this companies email or phone number also anyone that can please file a complaint through ebay or maybe we can generate enough people to maybe take this company to court unfortunately I don't know how to do something like that.

"This is the worst company to date that I have been associated with. I ordered a printer for my 73 year old mother. I did not have a chance to check it out before the 7 day return policy, but the ad said the printer was in good working condition. The box was mangled, so my mother opened it, but didn't know what she was looking at. By the time I was able to check it out, I discovered the printer was literally broken with pieces falling off and it did not even include the softward to load the printer on a computer.
I have made three attempts to contact this company by email and ask them to please rectify this horrific injustice. They have failed to even acknowledge my emails. I cannot find a phone number for them. I will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know about this abuse and fraud."
"They sent my purchase quickly via fedex giving me a tracking number so I could know where my purchase was and an estimate of when I'd be recieving it. They shipped the day after purchase and I recieved my item in the condition specified under the ebay description for the audition. It including everything and I am very satified."
"After reading all the negative feedback your auctions have been given, I was fearful that the item would be a problem upon arrival. But so far everything works and was please that the previous owner left all his/her music on there as well.
No CD came with the item but that wasnt too much of a problem as I found the drivers online.

"My product arrived DOA, however under HP warranty, HP replaced. Shipping is outlandish and there is a hidden charge of 4.99 that they do not tell buyers about anywhere in their auction listing. to me this is subversive and needs to be addressed. once you have won the auction you are bound to pay for it, so one has no choice at check out but to pay the hidden handling fee. They do not mention that they use a third party checkout that results in this fee only that you must use their link to check out. Wrong!! There has to be some kind of law against this kind of practice. I noticed that others were miffed as well. I have questioned ebay about this kind of practice and am waiting for their reply!

"Purchsed Half Life 2 from this website. "(Opened Version)" Recieved it to find out the CD-Key has already been claimed. Dug around on the internet to find thier telephone number cause it wasnt listed on the website and called them to have the guy say to me to email them cause the phone number was their retail store and hung up without giving me an email address. Found the email address emailed them about it and got a generic response which leads me to believe this happens quite frequently. The response was to go through valves website and have the key reset which valve says takes 6-8 weeks. Complete dissatisfied with this company and thier business practices. The item was listed as "Opened" not "used""
