"I bought two phones from this seller through e-bay. First one was e-bay Item/Auction #5796395533 and Invoice number F32613. The Item was advertised as New In Box. When I received the item ( Phone) the keypad was all amrked up with initials and contained corroded batteries.The second phone Item number ***-***-**** invoice E34585 was missing battery compartment lid. This outfit charges high shipping fees and does not respond to e-mails. I would like to report them to state attorney generals office if time permits. I can print e-bay item description and fax it to you if you want."

"This reseller had exceptionally good communication with respect to this transaction. Once order and payment were confirmed, the shipment was very prompt (via FedEx!) I was contacted to advise the item had shipped then once again to confirm the tracking number. The item came with a stated 7 day DOA warranty. Unfortunately the item (car speakers) arrived with one unit Dead on Arrival. I contacted this seller the day of receipt to let them know I would like to exchange one of the speakers. Unfortunately they do not have the ability to do exchanges, but offered me a refund provided I go on line to register for an RMA form. They e-mailed back an RMA form and asked the item to be returned within 7 days of the RMA date. Having performed as advised, they contacted me on the day they received the item and very promptly issued a full refund including the original shipping costs. I would highly recommend this dealer as ethical and reputable. I will be buying more from them in the future."

"Item worked great. There were some additional defects which were not noted in the sell, such as the words were rubbed off on some of the phone's keys. However, it did come with instructions and I was able to figure it out.

Also, shipping costs seem to be a bit high. Standard shipping 14.00, and 19.00 if I wanted a tracking number. It just seemed be a rather large amount for a item that could have been shipped Priority Express for the original 14.00 amount.

However, I would do business with this merchant again.
