"Buying software from these guys is always hit and miss and especially for games with cd keys, its not the wisest choice. I got the game in an opened box. Surprisingly the cds were intact and in a nice cd case. However the cd key was printed on the manual and the manual was missing from the package. So in effect, the game is useless to me w/o getting the cd key. These guys dont take returns or refunds, so in essence I am stuck with a worthless piece of software, unless I pay the same amount to get a cdkey off Ebay. This review is just to enlighten people that saving a few dollars is just not worth the pain of going through them if you are looking for PC games. Their shipping rates are also outrageous, for a $1.50 media mail they charged $8 for shipping and handling, and all they did was put the open box into an yellow envelope with no bubble wrap or anything."
