"I was very disappointed and frustrated that I couldn't reach the company. I really needed to speak to them about the mailing issue. They ship only by Fed Ex, but I didn't remember there being any place stating this in the auction. I live at an APO address and therefore had to find someone in the states last minute to ship it to. Now I have to pay for double shipping, to have it shipped to my APO address now. UUGGHHH None the less, I tried to contact them even through the flow form and couldn't get that to work either. Very unhappy with the ability to reach the company before you pay. I even emailed them but was told to use the flow form each time. No true person replying to me, just automated!! The product did come in a timely manner, but the whole ordeal was a true stresser!! Won't use them again! "

"Hey. Thanks alot. The phone is a very nice phone. One of the main things I did not like about the transaction is that there was a hidden payment after the auction. I expected to pay $14.99 for the phone because that is what was stated in the auction-Shipping and all. There was a hidden payment after the auction close that I had to pay for. This was not a big deal to me though. But it would of been alot better if I would of known that there was going to be that payment at the end of the auction. Another thing I do not like about the phone is that it is very staticy when I turn it on. I turn it on to talk and there is alot of static. There also is no owner's manual. Is there anythign we can do about this? I do not like the static and there is no owner's manual. I hope you consider this. Thanks in advance."

"Not good. They sold their item on Ebay & that's where I won it. Auction was for an HP 8881 photo dock & cradle. What was shipped to me is a HP 8886 dock and no cradle. Not at all compatable with my camera. The only thing they offer is a 7 day return policy, where I have to pay the shipping back. No exchange. Why should I have to pay the shipping back for their mistake & why won't they exchange the item for the correct one? I tried e-mailing several times & never got a personal response. All I ever got were automated responses telling me to look at their FAQs to find my answers. And to top it off, their E-bay feedback is automated, so whatever feedback you leave them, the same is left for you. I can't leave them negative feedback without losing my perfect positive feedback score, because their auto-system will leave me negative in return. The whole deal is not right & is very aggravating. Not at all pleased with this transaction!"

"Great transaction. Great Deal! Bought an "as is" MP3 player for parts to fix a couple of issues with the player I already had. Afer a few minutes of tinkering, the "as is" player was working as good as new. Now the "dead" player is my regular unit, and my original will be kept around for parts in case I manage to damage this one.
