Product was dirty, damaged, missing parts, toner drum was missing which runs around $100.00 this was not mention in the listing. Nothing was listed as missing. Demo item was listed on sale bill. Which would mean it was working - drum would be need for that. Several emails sent with no answer. Could return, but would cost more than the product was worth. This product should have been sold for scrape. People should not be allow to sell products knowing that they are defective. This is an out right lie. Your company is very dishonest. People should beware!"
