"Everything as it should be. Item as expected, very quick shipping, no problems."
"As described,well packed,excellent communication,couldn't be happier
I'm not certain I have the correct invoice number so here is the ebay auction number 791160902216.

"The item came ... luckily ... in pretty good shape ... for now that is. I purchased notebook memory. It wasn't shipped in an anti-static bag nor in *any* protective packing material. It was just shipped alone in a bubble mailer. Anybody knowing anything about how sensitive memory can be to static and physical abuse would cringe, like I did, upon opening a package like that. For now the memory works, but for how long, I don't know."
"Item#5602951862/Mystery-box just what i needed, nice new items ,will be used as a gift. (((Company))) good service - fastshipping -smooth transaction A+ seller THANK YOU"
"Overall, the transaction was smooth and painless. The item was shipped in a timely manner, was packed well, and it worked when I tried it out. However, bargaindepot has a troublesome method of communication. It doesn't respond to emails directly, but instead uses a web form. They don't use eBay messaging either. The webform does not permit freeform questions. So I would make the suggestion that bargaindepot employ a more conventional way of communicating with buyers. I asked a critical question before bidding, and received a reply saying they would not reply to questions! And there was no choice on the webform for my question (I wanted to know the model number of the device, which was not in the auction description although the webform said oh yes it was). Bargaindepot probably doesn't care about all the negative feedbacks on eBay because of the volume, but it certainly gave me pause before bidding. Improve this, and you'll be much better off and get much better prices!
Also, bargaindepot seems to operate on an "after the purchase" shotgun sales mentality. By that I mean that rather than check their products first to make sure they work, or to make sure they are honestly represented, they just list them and then any problems are resolved by returns. Check bargaindepot's replies to negative feedback to see what I mean. In doing this, a customer may end up paying 2x for shipping and never having a product. This really isn't a good thing for consumers. I guess it must be good business, though, since it does not seem to have stopped bargaindepot from using this approach.
I'd be more than happy to talk to you about this more if you would like.

"Very good price. Had no problems got just what was advertized would buy from this store again.
Thanks, Richard"
"The camera I bought works perfectly. I was unhappy with their disclaimer about warrantys but their 7 day return policy seemed very fair. After all if you are buying a returned product you are not paying the full price for a new product warranty but paying less for a functional product without one. THis being the case I received a perfectly functional (as new) camera and all of the accompanying accessories and documentation. I am very pleased with the camera and feel Bargain Depot acted in a responsible and professional way in all aspects of my transaction with them. That being said I would not hesitate to look to them for additional sales. In summary I reccommend them."
"Fast shipping and printer HP 2410 Photosmart NIB as stated. Works A-OK. AAA+++ Thanks...Wes"
"I bought an iPod. It was used, and it had scratches but the iPod itself worked well. Would have been nice to know that it had those scratches. And the headphones were terrible, the wires were cut and the speakers blown. "
"Great transaction. I got an awsome deal on an item that apparently is not in high demand. For $.49 I got a $100+ item. Prompt shipping and great packing. Item was as descibed and even worked!"
"Fast Transaction, Fast Shipment, Great Product, Great Seller!!!"
"I purchased a game from an ebay auction. EXCELLENT VALUE, saved 65% on the price including shipping."
"BEWARE!
THIS STORE IS A SCAM!
they sold me "new/unused" Half Life 2 but today when i received the package it was very "opened/used", and once i installed the game it said CDKEY was already in use! now i have to contact Valve support and request new key, which can possibly cost $10 more.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"
"items arrived and were as described, but i didnt like the mstery bag lot...."
"Item was a pretty good deal (New condition Canon LIDE 20 scanner, missing only the USB cable, for $22 shipped), however, the seller does use some tricks, such as charging exorbitant shipping and very low item cost (this item was $20 for shipping, and $1.99 for the item itself). This is done to cheat eBay out of fees, and also to make it impossible to return the item. They seller says 'we accept returns, and will refund purchase price, but not shipping'. ie. if anything is wrong with their shipment, they'll give you $1.99 back!
These practices are bad, but the item was cheap, so i took a risk, and it turned out ok."
