Also i called and left a message on the sales department phone line, None of which were either acknowledged or returned by Overstockdealz.com, the only email i have gotten since the original invoice copy was one about coming here and leaving feedback. It seems that leaving them feedback is more inportant then actually fixing your problem. So 3 days so far and no response at all about fixing what i thought would be quite simple. The game disc i received was very scratched up and unplayable, I figured a simple solution would be to send me a new one with an RMA number so i could return the defective one. But it appears that is too hard for them so i will just have to get a charge back from my credit card company which may actually get their attention for once. "I ordered a Guitar Hero controller from overstockdealz.com. Like every order I've ever gotten from this company, the quality of the product is hit or miss. The guitar came with no strap, and the red fret button is non-functional. I wouldn't have minded having no strap but I can't use the guitar without all the buttons functioning. I would think about returning this, but since shipping is at my own expense, they charge a 20% restocking fee, and I have to pay extra for delivery confirmation or else they might not accept the return, it would cost just as much to return as it did to purchase. I would be getting no money back. I understand that with a liquidation company, sometimes the products might not be in 100% perfect condition. But such a horrific return policy prevents me from ever getting my hands on a working product if it doesn't come in good shape to begin with. I just wasted the $20 I spent on this and now it will go straight to the trash. I don't think I will ever purchase something from overstockdealz.com again unless they amend the return policy or stop sending crappy broken merchandise. "

"I was hoping that the "like new in original packaging" meant that the system looked like new; but the system is in perfect working condition and that is the main selling point here. I am happy with the working condition of the PS3 and it was definitely at a more than fair price. I am pleased with the shipping options that were available.
