"Completely dissatisfied and dissappointed with the product received (Apple Ipod Touch). The product was advertised as brand new/open box. When product arrived, I noticed that the product was worn, scratched, and showed clear signs that it was used. It kept on freezing so I took the product to the Apple Store and they confirmed that the product had a history of crashing. Apparently, all Apple Ipod Touches have hard drives that registers and reports all problems when hooked up to their computers. I will never buy anything from this website ever again - false advertising and felt betrayed. Overstockdealz.com pawned off a defective product. I will not recommend buying from this merchant!!!"

Ordered a brand new 500GB external HDD, instead got a used, clearly opened 250GB one. Shipping it back is expensive, I have to insure it, and I still "may be charged a 20% restocking fee", so I'm not even bothering to return it. Don't want to give them an excuse to rip me off further. I recieved the merchandise in 3 business days and when I opened the box I found no catalogues or installation software, but that is not all, the monitor is not functioning.
