"They shipped me a Microsoft Zune 80 GB whose cable to attach it to the computer was broken, they left someone else's information on the product and the cable did not work. In three days I could never finish a sync.

When I asked them for a new cable they never even replied to that request. They only would reply to my RMA request, thus they get you to pay all the shipping which is crap considering that is what they shipped me.

I would NEVER buy another item from them and would highly recommend that you NOT purchase any "refurbished" products. They don't refurbish anything or test it, they just clean it up a little and then ship it out. This is the biggest BUYER BEWARE scam I have ever dealt with."

"Although the item page stated "Tested Working" it arrived DOA. Total lack of Quality Control, not to mention they lied.
I did get a refund but I am out over $10 in shipping. If they send a defective item, they should refund shippping. I have learned that if you pay with PayPal, they will refund shipping if the wrong item or defective item is sent. This is the only way these companies will learn."

"I ordered guitar hero 3 and an extra guitar for a fraction of the price i could have bought it new at the store and i was very pleased. It came in the original packaging and had absolutely no marks or problems whatsoever. In fact the game itself was still in the factory shrinkwrap. "The 2 Strips of DIMM 1GB DDR2 PC2-5300 667MHz 240pin RAM and the LINKSYS EZXS55W 10/100 5-Port Workgroup Switch were shipped on the 23 and the order was received on the 26th. As soon as the RAM arrived, I turned the computer off, opened the case and had a full 4 Gig's of Ram running in about 7 minutes. The only thing I wish were better is the Windows Vista Home Premium (aka Microsoft Junk) that came with the computer I bought somewhere else. After seeing the prices of the computers at ConsumerDepot, I wish I would have waited to buy my computer because I could have done Much better with them.
