"I had the most horrible experience with Consumer Depot. My biggest concern about this was the condition this laptop was in.I took the time to call conusmer depot and spoke to a sales rep. He had checked the laptop and told me that its in new condition and that he saw a few scratches on one of the corners. When I received the item, it was packed perfectly. Although, when we opened the package the laptop had a lot more scratches on the outside of the laptop including a crack on the inside right pannel. In additon, we had a specialist look at the laptop and found that the original screen has been completely replaced. This was not mentioned online nor by the sales rep. I've called the sales rep back about 10-15 times and every time he did not take the time to speak to me. He would just transfer me to a voice mail. This kind of customer service is horrible and should be brought up in court! I will tell averybody I know to not every shop at consumerdepot.com. These people are the biggest liars and unprofessional! "

I ordered an HP Deskjet 1341 which came in a damaged box, which was only a precurser to what was inside; broken printer (the ink cartridges were glued and therefore, would not move, and a cracked/unreadable install cd). Since there is a restocking fee, and I was already charged $15.00 to ship a $20.00 printer, it was a waste of my time to pay for the return shipping. BUYERS BEWARE!!!"

I received the wrong product, it was not what they pictured on their website and they wanted my to eat the initial shipping, then pay for return shipping, and then be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. The total item was $14.95, but I would be responsible to eat $14.95 in FEDEX shipping, $5.95 for the return shipping, and $3.00 for the restock fee. All this for an item that was improperly displayed on their website that they said was correct. This is the worst support I have received from any company. PLEASE AVOID THIS RESELLER!!!!! Be careful when placing any order!!!!!!!"
