"The good news is that they got me the frames I needed in the size I needed. From the longish ordering time, they clearly aren't a stocking dealer. What annoyed me most is that they offered me at least two promotions of the form "Feel free to take 15% off anything in our store if you purchase in the next 48 hours!" (verbatim). When I tried to use the deal and was rejected, their excuse was "We do apologize, you would only be able to use the 15% discount for orders over $150.00." Sorry, but that's baity/switchy, and it's why you won't be my first choice next time."
