"I had to wait a while before posting this review. Called to speak to a salesperson on a full function copier for my law office. I spoke to Sy, he spent about 20 minutes helping me asking all types of questions to narrow down my choices. I was ready to spend anywhere from 5-7k .After discussing all the features and going over my useage and my needs, We had decided on a multi function copier that meet all my needs and I ended up spending almost half as much as I was ready to spend.I realized that going to a local re-seller is not the best option. As they were trying to lock me into a service contract, and frankly for my small office this system is wonderful and does everything we need.
