UPDATE - Response to the reply below. Noooooo... the order was place on Monday the 15th at 9:13 AM. I sent a follow up email requesting freight cost to have it arrive by Friday. No reply. They I got the riddled response as mentioned above today. These guys are unorganized at best. Consumer beware."
"WORST online company ever! Didn't have the product I ordered when I purchased it even though they gave me an arival day. After that they emailed me to tell me the order was not filled but the title of the email was "shipped". Now I am still waiting for my refund! This has been a 38 day process! Just to order a printer tray. VERY DISAPPOINTED "
"This review will benefit from the fact that I'm averaging 3 different recent orders. Overall 5-star. Great prices, often the best on the web, Shipping Rates WELL below average. No "mix-ups" (item received was precise model-number/version as ordered. Customer service also 5-star, prompt, willing, courteous, and effective. Gotta take one star off for one, the most important order, a mid-tower desktop pc case. Now this was not lightweight or a budget case, it received NO additional packing/BOX, it was as if it had been pulled off the retail shelf, and shipped in the box you'd see it in in the store. Maybe mail within the US (CONUS), this would only be mildly risky? But this was APO, which means international by all means except COST. BLUF shipping anything of that size and weight and NOT putting it in another box, is taking very big risk. When I saw how it was (not) packed I was not surprised to see the box had been severely damaged and taped back-up with a "received damaged" sticker on. The mailman said I could refuse it but only if I didn't OPEN IT. (actually funny since it totally appeared opened and all taped back ALREADY!!) Meanwhile I couldn't be sure it was damaged or not without opening it. It was a nightmare. IN THE END I decided to take it. Upon getting it out the box, it appeared only minor cosmetic damage, the front panel slot-covers mostly-all (6 of 10) been "bashed-in" and on a cheaper case might been broken. Lucky for CC this case was pretty well built. All the covers were able to be extracted and snapped back into place. A couple were a little loose-for-wear but I'm loosing 2 to the ROM drives anyway so no big deal. Not until I installed the MOBO (new GA-990FXA-UD3) did I suspect there might have been any other damage. The rear panel ports and the face plate were off by maybe a millimeter and a half. Only about half on the lower end, could be plugged in to. I ended up using emery cloth and vice gripes to SHORTEN the top corner stand off, which pulled the board down just enough make the remaining ports accessable. I don't know yet if it's actually going to boot. But I'm optimistic enough go ahead with a "4-Star" over-all for now.

"I ordered a product on 3/29. The order went through no problem. I sent in an email on 4/3 and told them that the item was still "Processing" and I wanted to know the status of the product. So, I got a response back from Raven on 4/4 telling me that item was ordered and should be there on 4/10. I sent in a follow up email that the item was still in "Processing" on 4/11, and got no reply. I attempted to call several times and got sent directly to voice mail. So, I sent in another email on 4/15 and then got a response from Ton saying that the should get the item between 4/18 - 4/24. So, I just told them to cancel the order. If they were unable to provide me with my order, then why couldn't they 1. not have the item on their website to begin with, 2. Let me know what is going on instead of me having to send in multiple emails, wasting my time, and not getting a response. They had my email address so they could have easily sent me an email telling me about the delay so that I would know what to do and have the option to cancel the order and stop wasting my time. I would not recommend that you order from this company."
