"Overall it was a good experience only thing I would change if it was my website would to send a confirmation email right away when order is placed. I was told I would get an email and never did so I had to call and email to get a response(which I did and they gave me my order #). Also never got to talk to a live person when calling for support found this very frustrating and it would just send me into a voicemail I knew I would never hear back from. "

"I couldn't be happier with CostCaptain. I needed a set of filters for an air purifier and could not find them at a reasonable price anywhere. The cost of shipping was way too high. I found Costcaptain using google shopping and saw the price was great and shipping was not too high. The filters were exactly as described and in excellent condition. I emailed once for an update and received a reply almost immediatly. The Filters also arrived very fast, just in time before my daughters allergies hit full bloom. Guaranteed, will order from again in the future, especially for replacement filters."

"This is a horrible and dishonest retailer. I have been trying to call them all morning to cancel my order and they won't answer the phone. They purposely make it a policy that you can not cancel an order online or through email and have to call to cancel. Yet they don't answer the phone nor reply to your voice mail so in reality you can't cancel your order. I have contacted my credit company since my card was already charged and they are investigating. I should have read all the bad reviews for this merchant..... THIEVES !!"

"My merchandise was sent to the wrong address, wrong city and state ! Numerous attempts to cancel the order have been unsuccessful. I have no merchandise and can't get my order canceled to get a refund. Get lots of email lip service but no action. Looks like I'm out $100, do not use these guys. Worst shopping ever!"

"Some of the WORST customer service ever. CostCaptain.com will be happy to sell you an item, THEN inform you that they DO NOT have the item stock. Then they start the dance about the "item showing it'll be in stock by mm/yy. When they fail to deliver, they push back the date. Nearly impossible to get them o return an email, and harder to get a supervisor on the phone. BUYER BEWARE - they love the bait and switch.

UPDATE: Called 3/22 to inquire about the status of the order. Was told the "Supervisor" was on lunch (at 2:30pm) and would call me back. Nope! No call.

Called back 3/25 - No answer, left a message to CALL me. SURPRISE! No reply. Received an email saying the canceled the order. I did NOT tell them to do so, and they did NOT speak to me about it.

Emailed 3/27 - Asked about the refund. Received and email back (WOW!) saying there was no refund issued and that the order was supposed to ship by end of week. I, once again, asked for a supervisor. They said they'd "escalate" the matter. No response. Called multiple times - no answer. Left a message. No answer.

3/28 - Called again. Spoke to Raven. Raven says that ALL supervisors are out of the office until next week. Says that my order was indeed cancelled. Says the OWNER of the business - Matt - authorized the cancellation. I asked for Matt - Raven says that "Matt" works out of the State and only "stops in" every couple of weeks. Additionally, "Matt" is unavailable via phone or email.

Again - BUYER BEWARE - AWFUL service. TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM COSTCAPTAIN.COM

UPDATE: Matt said he tried to call me on 3/28. If he did, he must of called my home phone line, even though on EVERY email and during EVERY conversation I've said that I'm NOT at home and gave my cell phone number. I replied to Matt's email as well, expressing my interest in speaking to him, and AGAIN leaving a cell phone number for a return call. As of April 12, 2013...Matt has not called, and I have not received a return email.

CostCaptain.com will play the "We Care" game for so long...but it's ALL a façade.

If you want to save yourself a headache, and actually receive the items you want to order - stay AWAY from this merchant. There are 1000's of others.

"Ordered a Birthday Present for my son on the 19th, paid for 1-2 day shipping. Unit is still enroute, left 3 emails no reply, called the "help" line 4 times. They are still playing Christmas Music and nobody picks up after some time it goes to leave a message. Which I have. I will never shop here again, trying to save a few dollars."

"Bought a grip case for my tablet for a presentation I had to make for work. I wanted a case that felt comfortable and safe to preform task. I paid for expedited shipping so I would have the case for the presentation. 5 days later needless to say I still have not received the product I had to use my tablet with out a case for the presentation. I have called & emailed numerous times and no response. I am forced to voicemail every-time I call. Worst experience ever. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will file class action lawsuit if I am not responded in the next 2 days."
