"Very quick delivery: ordered sunday evening, received watch wednesday evening (in Netherlands). BUT, BE AWARE: you get added costs!! VAT needs to be paid, that is as perhaps might be expected, but on top of that you also pe administration fees for DHL. In my case, I ordered a watch for € 137, ended up paying € 48 extra. That's 35% extra. Should have been clearer at time of purchase. Is too easy for website to hide behind general conditios etc. Other than that, good and swift experience ordering the watch. Watch is well packed, as said very quickly delivered, would't hesitate ordering again.

"Very quick process - ordered on a Sunday, received on Tuesday. To put into perspective, I ordered a pair of trainers from a well known UK store on the same day and they didn't arrive before the watch, which had come from Singapore! Watch just as expected - generic Seiko box with loose guarantee booklet and instruction manual. Great value, even when import duties are taken into account. "This was my first order from creation watches & I didnt know what to expect, but the service exceeded all my expectations,
I purchased a ladies Citizen & a Gents Casio Edifice and paid by debit card on Friday evening,
On Saturday morning I received an order confirmation.
On Monday morning the watches were delivered by DHL.
That's some service from Singapore to Ireland over the weekend!
The watches were perfect well packed and as described.
The only downside was I had to pay customs and tax before delivery but that was in no way the fault of Creation Watches.
I will purchase again soon.

"The watch arrived all the way from Singapore within two days of ordering and a day earlier than promised, which is excellent service. However, before it arrived I received a text from DHL informing me that I needed to pay an additional sum to cover VAT and import duty, which amounted to 32% of the price I was quoted when ordering. No mention of this was made at the point of purchase. I did think about cancelling the order, but even with these additional costs the overall price was ok. I'm just annoyed that these additional costs were not made clear before purchasing; they were mentioned on the confirmatory email received after ordering if you looked carefully (I didn't), but at that stage I was committed."
