"I bought an automatic Seiko from Creation on 02 April 2019, having paid import costs etc it was never going to be the deal it appeared at first. Then it turned out the watch was faulty - after a day of use (it kept stopping even when being worn) I am in the UK - as the watch came with a stamped and dated Seiko warranty card it appeared warrantied (that is misleading and dishonest) and having spoke to creation who said return it to them at my cost or send it to a local Seiko service centre, I decided it best to send it with its warranty card and registration to Seiko UK. They then told me the warranty was not valid and creation watches would be aware of this. I took this up with creation watches who refunded me £5.00 for my inconvenience. It cost £90 to repair the watch. To return the watch to creation for refund after sending it to Seiko (which also had costs to and return postage) would have cost me more postage and insurance to Singapore then Creation would have charged me the initial postage charges and I would have been left with very little change out of my initial spend. The seiko is now being repaired and its total cost will be similar to that if I had bought it in a local Seiko dealer without any of the hassle. in future I will buy local - it true what they say you pay for what you get and I did a faulty watch and a load of hassle and expense. Very very poor buying experience. So I still haven't had chance to wear my new watch but hopefully will get it back from seiko soon. the invoice date was 2 April 2019."

"You may think that taxes are calculated by customs of the item value, but its not. Its calculated of the item value + the true shipping costs. Here is catch. Creatonwatches.com wil not give these true value of the shipping cost on the package (shipping documents), because of this customs will use a standardised(estimated) amount of 100,- euro's shipping cost. This means when you payed €72,- for a watch for example in the Netherlands (tax=21%) the taxcalculation is this €100,- + €72,- = €172,-x21%= €36,12 (surprise!) total tax.
So this is a big mistake of Creationwatches, if you try to confront them and call them about this they will not pick up.
If you send a e-mail about this you will get a standard written document without answers to your questions.
When you try life chat they will simply ignore your questions.
But this is not all.
DHL will charge the customer an extra minimum amount of €17.5 euro + €3,- tax for advance payment fee (advance taxpayment to customs) (for some unknown reason there is no option for the customer to pay the tax themselves to customs)
These are so called hidden costs, deliberately hidden to the customer by creationwatches.com.
None of this information you can find on the creationwatches.com site.
So don't be fooled by the advertising 'free shipping worldwide' or 'best customer support' its all a LIE.
I payed 72€ for a watch and i payed DHL 54€ in the end.
Calling DHL or customs or the seller or the government will result in nothing and will be a big waste of time and a big head ace.
All these parties will try to demoralise you by going against this, because they all make money and love your money.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND NOT BUY FROM creationwatches.com.

"Ok so I generally avoid leaving reviews and such mainly because of the little time I have but this time I felt like I must make an exception.
I spend several thousands of dollars throughout the year in purchases online and my experience here with Creation watches has been the best I have ever had.
Bought the item with a credit card with an address from another country different as the one I am now living at, the customer service didn’t just took the money and sent the order but took time to check with me if everything was ok or there was something wrong or dodgy about the purchase.
Even with this “delaying “ extra step.... I received the item in 2 days! I mean. Coming from a different country and still arrived in two days.
Shipping time and customer service ridiculously good.
Needless to say, the item was as described, and awesomely packaged.
Kept the whole size at minimum but still the watch was in its box, then packaged inside another box and with extra shock absorbers chips all around.
I also found it to be the cheapest option I could have found for the watch I was looking for.
(And I did my researches. It was cheaper than Japan, US, Spain, England, Italy and Australia).
Not much I can add.
Astonished by the whole experience.
Would blindly recommend to anyone and will use their services again for sure.
