I was willing to pay more to have the item shipped to keep myself safe during the pandemic, I am immunocompromised and having to go into a physical location is not really a possibility, for this dealership and two other to refuse to ship the item even though shipping is available is disgraceful!!!"
"I called my local Toyota dealer looking for a part for a 2003 RAV4. They found me the part number but told me there was none to be had at any of the national warehouses.
So I checked on Google, it led me to Elway, and I ordered it online and it arrived four days later. And at a discount!

"I ordered 3 parts. Only 2 came. No explanation was provided. The packing slip said only 2 were shipped. But the email confirmations all say 3. I called to ask why the 3rd was not shipped and was informed it was on backorder. An estimated ETA was provided, but I was also told "it could come any day." There's no tracking number for this 3rd part. I just have to sit and wait for it. I would have preferred that someone reach out to me let me know that one of the parts was on back order, adjust the order, and provide a new order number, and new tracking number. The implication is that the parts department has done their job and washed their hands of the rest of this, even though the order is not complete. I'm a little disappointed in their process."
