"Alright, so I decided to give this place a try. First off it took long to "ship" the items, then somehow UPS apparently refused or maybe couldn't deliver to my PO box ( I should've been told at checkout this was a problem), so it took longer to deliver my items, it took a week to deliver some very small items. So why did I order from these guys? because they are more local to me and I figured I would get the parts sooner, wrong!!!. The other place I order parts from is out of state, and it's NEVER taken a week to deliver anything, and I've placed some large orders of big parts and I get them much sooner than this folks. Now mind you I am stating my experience, by no means am I putting these guys down. They asked for my opinion on MY experience, here it is. "

"The price for parts was good but it took almost 3 days and phone call before I could go and pick up the parts (just a bunch of gaskets) in person.
When I called to check on the status I was told one of my order was cancelled becuse it was under 10 dollars even though the system initally processed it without any issues and I didn't see any message about it. The person was kind enough to then add my canclled order parts onto my other order upon my request.

"I called asking information to see if they sold blackout emblem overlays for my 2021 Rav4 prime and then asked for the parts numbers for reference for a letter time. they wouldn’t give me the part numbers because they said I would buy somewhere else. So I decided to buy online with zero help from your Toyota personnel. The customer service has a lot to be improved on. "

"My order was sent to a “distribution center” which was 30 miles away from me, and my order was requested from a dealer that was 400 miles from me. Then, to top it off, one part of my order was sent, but with no notice of what happened to the other part. I tried to call the dealer, but I was connected to a “dealer locator” which was a guy in a remote location and he only sends you to a local dealer based on your zip code. I had told him I wanted to talk to John Elway Toyota, but he gave me the phone number for a dealer about 4 miles from my house. Plus, he had a rooster screaming in the background both times I talked to him. My second call to him was to get the number I originally asked for, and fortunately this time I got it. I will not use this service or John Elway Toyota again. Such a convoluted mess just to get a part, plus having the part come from 30 miles from my house. In the future, I will go to a different dealer physically to get my parts. There is a dealer about 20 miles from my house that has a good reputation, as opposed to the one that is 4 miles from my home that has an extremely poor reputation, or another one 7 miles away that also has a horrible reputation.
Very shabby way to treat customers, but they don’t seem to care. Their attitude is “just get the money and worry about the details another time”!"
