The people behind the parts counter were very helpful and found my part quickly for my FJ cruiser. I didn’t get the young lady’s name behind the counter but she was ready to help. Great job! "This is one the worst online shopping experiences i have had in a long time. When i loaded the items i wanted to purchase there was no indication one of my parts would be out of stock/ discontinued, but i was still charged the full amount immediately. When i was first contacted about my part being discontinued, the email read "discounted" so i proceeded to ask what was meant by that. i never received a response and when i called to ask about this the guy on the phone said the lady handling my order wasnt in....then I received an email 4 days later updating my order to indicate refund of discontinued part and shipment of the other ...total time between purchase of parts and actual shipping of half my order was 2.5 weeks....terrible customer service. I will be posting on as many outlets to stay far away."
