"From the initial product question through delivery, Cymax, answered all my questions and provided suggestions when asked, they had one of the lowest prices for the product I was interested in, and kept me updated from the moment of order through delivery. I had ordered a media storage center that weighted approximately 200 pounds, and was concerned when I realized it was shipping from California to North Carolina, but my concern was unfounded. Although the box looked like it went through the ringer, only the outer box was damaged. The inner boxes and extra padding prevented any damage to the product and the unit went together and is now a nice looking storage unit in my library. On March 15th, we sent a new order out to you via FedEx that shows as delivered on March 17th showing as delivered to your door.
