"In terms of the product itself, I couldn't be happier. The product arrived in several boxes but everything was in perfect shape - not one scratch. I bought the business elite editions, and each piece had heavy sturdy components. All pieces fit together perfectly as all the drill holes were perfectly aligned.
I didn't give the experience five stars though because the ordering process had a snag as the rep who took my order didn't follow through and I received no confirmation of the purchase. Calling for help on the purchase was also a bit of a nightmare as the "new" menu system had to be tricked into speaking to a human being. It was finally resolved by an assembly assistant, since I couldn't reach sales support through chat or phone. Another assembly assistant that I spoke to later as I was stumped by confusing instructions was very helpful as was another rep who quickly supplied me with a few small accessories that were missing from the initial delivery. Despite these small glitches, I would definitely buy from this company again and would recommend them to others."
