I didn’t want ship a 50+lb item and this company did not make resolution to this issue easy. They dont have a call in number and email is awful. I suggested they give me a % off for the damage. However they have sent conflicting email to solve the problem and are more interested in me shipping the item back than resolving the issue to customer satisfaction."

Prior to the purchase you are able to view the shipping type or how the item will be shipped. In this case the shipping type was "ground" shipping. Ground shipments are usually shipped with FedEx or UPS depending on the scenario and the location. On November 25th, you had placed the order. Our records indicate that tracking information was provided to you via email on December 1st as the item had left from a NJ warehouse on November 30th. The FedEx tracking indicates that the item was successfully delivered on the exact estimated day of delivery as per the tracking provided on December 1st. Since signature was not required the item was left at your front door as per standard ground delivery instruction and policy.
Furthermore we do not show any record of you making any attempt to contact us for any inquires or any communication. We had made several attempts to address this issue with you via phone calls to which you declined to return any of our calls.
