"I didnt like that cymax go through fed-ex. If you live in a apartment, they will not bring it up for you to your door, only in front of the building for you to carry yourself. No matter how heavy it is. Also, some parts didnt have the label stickers on it, so we had to guess which parts is which"
"I love the headboard. It was easy to put together, but the one part the holes and screw did not meet. I do need another E1 part. The brackets to attach headboard to bed frame do not line up.
Also, my mattress has pilllw top and so it’s sits to high up on the headboard and makes the headboard look short. I reached out for them and they credited me 21.00. Not sure how that will help me. I need E 1 part, with an extension would be great. If I can Raines the headboard up and connect with a new E1. It would look really nice. I can use flat brackets , they could attach to headboard and frame. "
