Horrible - Avoid

"Horrible experience and I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from DHgate. Complete waste of time and money. I read a lot of good and bad reviews thought I give them a try and I can honestly say as somebody what who went through this do not buy anything and avoid at all costs! I can see here that for the order 3243576849, we have assigned one of our analyst to help you resolve the case. Your analyst send you a resolution for a Partial refund of $65 or Return and Refund. You choose partial refund of $70 however, the seller can only refund $65. So your analyst process this refund amount instead. If you want compensation of additional refund, please message the seller instead.

Customer service is great

"I tried to contact the seller but they were not replying. They said they were going to refund the cost of the item and pay for shipping but the shipping was more expensive than the purse. So I reached out to DHgate customer service and Cynth was very helpful. I was told that regardless if the seller was unresponsive they will reimburse the shipping cost and the cost of the product. I got my answers within a couple of mins! Thank you "
