Other than that I do like it. Still my claim is on my computer only, I'm not able to check status on the app. "

"First of all I have been with DHgate from around 2014 and have never had a problem it was my go to place for shoes. My last two experiences was the WORST ever and make me never want to deal with DHgate again. One seller told me that the shoes I wanted where "Out Of Stock" and told me to pick another pair. When I refused to pick another pair he refused to give me my money back. I went to DHgate Customer Care and TRUST ME they do not help you they are for the seller. I explained what happened and they told me I had to work it out with the seller..??? I told them I wanted my money back and it was MAJOR Issues.. They then lied and told DHG they sent the item and DHG said there was nothing they could do.. This was all because the SELLER (BestGoodss) did not want me to say "Out of Stock" they wanted me to say I changed my mind which was a LIE!!!.. So what the seller did (BestGoodss) was sent me a package with a pair of ladies socks So this way I had to choose the "wrong item received" And this would keep DHG from investigating their practices.. Then after a month I got my refund.... Now WHY DOES ANYONE have to FIGHT to get their own money refunded. If you decided for any reason you did not want the product you should get a refund no mater what without REASON.. It's your money..
Now I am going through it again back to back with another seller (Jumpman_45) another long story. But DHG is not to pay the seller until you receive your items.. To this day 2 months later I still have not received my items and DHG has the NERVE to say I must wait till DEC 6th??? NO NO NO you wait and give me my money back.. Why do I have to play games over my money.. So who ever read this far JUST BE CAREFUL.. As far as product I have had some that was above 100% and but never below 75% for the most part truly satisfied.. If DHG would stop allowing the seller to play games with you and your money.. It could be the perfect site. "
