"I ordered from DHgate several years ago and there was no problem.
Then earlier this year 2020 I ordered a few dresses and was given the ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER, EVER, and after several tries with two Credit Cards my order was approved . The problem was never explained to me, and with a great credit rating always, I was put through this repetitious credit card numbers request over and over, I have no idea how or why that happened. I did receive the order finally.
Now after a few months I went back to the web site of DHgate and tried to order. Two days ago I placed an order for two items and I was put through the same repetition with the credit cards, I finally ended the request and left the site and again I was never told the reason for all the credit request. I am truly fed up with the way I was treated. I live in Mexico for part of the year and in the US for the other part, so what is the problem? This is enough. I am done, finished.

"Everything seemed to be going very well. However I received exactly half (16 of 32 sets) of my order. I have tried "chatting" with support, I registered a after sale problem. I haven't heard back from anyone. This goes from a 1 star to a 5 start if my issues is fixed. Price was great (assuming I get the rest of my order), shipping was quicker than expected. Item exactly what I ordered..... BUT I paid way to much for half the order. "
