"Don't advertise on your website that a part is in stock when it isn't, took 3x longer to get the part than quoted because you were waiting on getting it from your manufacturer, then shipping it USPS, and the postal service LOST the package for 4-5 days.
Don't post it's in stock when it isn't. Don't use USPS for shipping, they're awful.
When we eventually got the part we ordered, it worked perfectly and was what we needed."

"Order arrived on time (expected, since I paid a ridiculous price for expedited shipping).
Hardware was of unbelievably poor quality; multiple very important screws stripped and metal was very soft (I was using the correct sized bit, too). I had to spend 20 bucks at ACE to remove the stripped screws and repair the hinge, but it ended up getting worked out.
In DK hardwares defense, I didn’t reach out to them to ask them to make it right. I had neither the time nor the patience for a phone call/waiting for replacements in the mail."

"I spoke with someone on the phone prior to ordering and asked if I could return an item ordered as I was ordering a hinge in 2 colors because no one there could tell me if the hinges would match Kohler brushed bronze hardware. I was told I could return one. However, they didn't tell me they would charge a restocking fee to return it. I like the product but am disappointed that they didn't tell me that when I spoke with them in person. Also, for what it is worth, their brushed bronze does look nice with Kohler's brushed bronze."
