"Needed clips for medicine cabinet mirror and since shipping was so high, i figured i'd see what else you had to sell. Found blades, whisk broom and a bit holder. Order was held for the bit holder. When i received my order the whisk broom was shorted. When i called to tell them this, i was given the 3rd degree. After much of this, the person i talked to said they would get back to me. I guess they found the whisk broom, it was shipped that day."

I ordered clamps that could hold a 3/8" glass shelf with a capacity of slightly over 40 pounds holding strength. Though I will never put that much weight on the shelf, it's good to know that the clamps can hold it. I would definitely order products from them in the future."

"I ordered 0.215 spline for glazing a window with film. The DK staff kept mentioning three different sizes from 0.185 to 0.215 and I couldn't understand why. I told them I only wanted 0.215 spline NOT any other size. So when I placed my order they sent me a roll that had three different sizes linked to each other. If I use any of the 0.215 I will be wasting the other two sizes which I did not want or ask for. For twenty years I have been buying spline and tools from CR Lawrence one other manufacturer and I have never seen anything like this before. I am not into wasting things. You delivered the order to the billing address instead of the shipping address (maybe because the shipping address was a PO BOX. Can I get my money back and go elsewhere or get the size I asked for in a larger quantity?

"Called for advise/suggestion to find a U-Channel to replace the old ones in my shower with a ½" panel. They told me what I was looking for and I added it to my cart & ordered it online as we talked.
The shipment was delayed as the "end caps" weren't in stock. Got them over 20 days later, which isn't a problem - the bad thing was that the gap in the U-Channel was ¾", my glass is ½" leaving a gap of ¼" to fill. I would have thought they would have suggested a gap filler like a "Glaze Gasket" or "Spline". Anyway, I called them back and the only had a 100' roll of the appropriate “Glazing Gasket” for like $73, I only needed 9 feet. Had to look online an hour or so, finally went to local hardware and bought some foam insulation tubing. Not crazy about it, but gonna cover it with caulk"
"Processing time is advertised as 24 hours.
I ordered May 2nd so I expected it to ship on the 3rd or on the 6/7th at the latest.
I waited 2 weeks, and still received no shipping notification, no delay notification, no expected ship date. I even checked my invoice again and confirmed it said processing time was 24 hours.
At this point I emailed support and then in response I just received my invoice as a PDF. So I emailed again, on May 14th to ask when I could expect to receive it.
They told me it would ship on the 22nd. I asked why it would be a 3 week wait and support said "we have to move stock from 1 warehouse to another before shipping". I didn't think this made sense, why not ship straight to me vs shipping between own warehouses and then shipping?
It was mostly frustrating because I ordered this window from another company and they at least reached out and said it would be 3-5 weeks. Then I found dkhardware who claimed to have it in stock w/ 24 hr processing, and was left completely in the dark about a 3 week delay. Luckily the window actually shipped on May 15th, but I still would had appreciated being told ahead of time that it would be late."
