"The people are nice when they speak to you but the 1st 3 people I communicated with about a possible exchange just regurgitated the return restocking fee or simply pointed me to it. I didn't think it was fair that I would have to pay a restocking fee AND have to reorder the item so I researched further and found another company that not only costed ALOT less. So I guess in a way I should thank them??? "

"I found the item I wanted on the CR Laurence website and tried to purchase it but, they don't sell to the public. They recommended DK Hardware.com. So I went to the website, found my item, put it in the cart. Then I wanted more information, time, Shipping charges, etc. I called customer service while I was online with the cart open. Was bounced around to three different agents for the better part of an hour before someone finally answered my questions about the operation of the cart and checkout. Not all customers make online purchases daily, a little help would have gone a long way. The parts that I did, finding the part, putting it into the cart, using Paypal to pay, email communication and shipping went just like it is supposed to go. I have nothing good to say about DK Hardware phone customer service, so, I won't say anything. "
