The next day I get an email notification saying that a freight truck is on its way to my business. The truck never showed. The following day I got my shipment but it was short 2 windows. When I contacted DK to resolve this issue I had to basically demand that they send me the rest of my shipment and they basically treated me like some kind of criminal. After phone tag with multiple representatives they agreed to ship me my windows that I did not receive. when they arrived the hardware necessary for installation was missing. Long story I know... "

"Do not buy from this company. I purchased over $300 worth of cabinet pulls. I needed an adjustable one and their price was competitive. They guaranteed shipment same day. When they did not ship, I contacted them. It took almost 2 weeks for shipment. And that was AFTER I contacted them. Then I received the product and several were scratched. 1 came broken (missing a part) and then I was missing 1 completely. Unfortunately, I did not notice this immediately as I was having the cabinets painted and didn't install them until finished. When I noticed I contacted them and they did not care as it was past the 30 days. By 2 weeks! "
