"I placed my order on 10/30 and it was to ship by 10/31. It was damaged at the warehouse and no one called me to let me know so instead it took my calling on 11/12 to ask why it wasn't here for 11/9 as promised. I had to cancel my contractor when it didn't show up on 11/9 and then was told by customer service the product had to ship from California now but promised it would be here by 11/16 . I called each day from 11/13 to 11/16 and got excuse after excuse and it didn't arrive until 11/19. I once again had to cancel my contractor on 11/17 bc the product wasn't here. I will never purchase another product from your company again. I was offered a token 5% off the order - I wish you would have rather listened and rush shipment on the second delivery since your warehouse dropped the ball to not contact anyone that the 1st order was damaged. "

"Item shipped late and the tracking number did not work. They emailed me saying the product needed to be cut to avoid extra charges. I replied that I wanted it in 6 foot sections. They put a cut fee on my invoice but left the product at 12ft long. It was damaged in shipping so about 3 feet of each stick was not usable. Not sure I will go this route again."

"I really wasnt going to say anything but I got an email asking for a review so I figured I would leave one...my hinge I ordered was bent on one corner when it got to me. It looks like it was dropped. The corner is bent just enough to make it hard to put screws in and to touch the glass. I was going to return it but I was in a bind and didnt wanna go another 2 weeks with no shower door, the fit, color shape was perfect, exactly like described...I left 3 stars instead of 1 because this could have been damaged during shipping "
"This bracket was a bit larger than expected but it did the job well. I did have to buy a new screw driver and the proper size screws to use the bracket. If you are buying this, be aware an average screwdriver will not it between the area that holds the glass. You need a slim screwdriver. And DK might want to add the proper size screws as an option and advise customers need a slim shaft screwdriver.
The bracket itself was well made and worked in the contemporary house I was doing for a client.
Overall, it worked out and I have a great screwdriver for future projects but it was a pain to have to go get it all when I was trying to meet a deadline and finish a job."
