"I received my order in a timely fashion. However, what I had ordered, 3/16 x 5 eyebolts, were not received. I did receive 5/16 x 5 eyebolts. When I contacted customer service, the representative, Leo, was most accommodating, asked for additional information and researched the problem. He later contacted me, offered an apology and told me the 3/16 x 5 eyebolts were not available and told me a complete refund would be processed. Shortly, I was notified that the refund had been processed.
Interestingly, the website still advertises the 3/16 x 5 eyebolts.
I felt the service was excellent and responsive. I would use this provider in the future, should the need arise. "

"I was assured when I ordered that my part was in stock and would be shipped that day, getting to me within a reasonable time. That time came and went with no updates. I called customer service. At first they couldn't find my order. They asked for my phone number, calling me back approximately an hour later. He had located my order at the manufacturers where it had been, in his words, bundled with several others and they were not shipping my order until all the others were shipped. He corrected that and had it put on a truck that day. I finally got my order some 2 weeks later than promised and while they did apologize I felt their lack of keeping track of when orders were supposed to ship and follow up on delivery was poor. I would have to be convinced that had changed before I'd order from them again. It is also true that the part was exactly what I needed and welcome but service frankly was dismal. "
