The shipping is a little bit slow, but it's free (at least to Hungary). If I got a dead (not working) device (e.g. microSD card reader), they replaced it very quickly, as soon as possible.

"Buyer Beware, half the stuff breaks in 6 months
Half the stuff I have bought from them broke in 6 months or earlier. They do not post the bad reviews for products that people submit, only the good. My friends and I have submitted reviews with fixes and they never post them as they are not 4 or 5 stars. Their LED's have not given me problems so far, so that has been good for how cheap they are. I have had a couple items dead on arrival, the last was a battery charger, and the power adapter for the dash cam from them died after 8 months, Im into DIY so I will fix it, but I have learned this cheap knock off stuff is fun but not good for anything really important."

Ordered a iPad case Dec 1st ( xms Present) got back order messages on Dec 12th .. Over the next 2 weeks I got 5 more emails none of them telling me what was on back order just a number..
Tried to email back and call customer service to get money back.. Refund finally processed on March 4th..
4 months to give me money back for something they never shipped for Xmas..
Disappointed.. but that is what you get for dealing with companies in china

"My experience with Deal Extreme has been excellent. They have extremely good prices and excellent customer support. I live in Brazil and the customs here is very slow. I ordered 6 products in different periods of the year and one of the packages took 3 months to arrive but thanks to DX customer service I was able to manage this little inconvenience. Clearly it was not DX fault but a long delay caused by the Brazilian customs. The DX service is outstanding."
