"I have ordered a product on the 29th of January. Shortly thereafter I received an email from DealExtreme stating that the product is not in stock. This is weird as the order WAS in stock when I placed the order. Anyhow, after receiving the mail I attempted to create a ticker to cancel the order and get my money back. I had this ticker online for 9 whole days without any response. This is ridiculous even for DX standards. Now I see that the shipment has already been shipped, but I no longer want it. I just want my money back and DX can keep it's products with its lousy customer service.

I have ordered several times to Hungary and it always arrived, you can ask for partial delivery as well when not all ordered items are on stock. Sometime very long lead time, but for this price and free delivery what do you expect!!"

I open a ticket with the folowing questions: which item is missing? How long I have to wait for the item? The itens are still presented in dx.comr page. the situation was normalized?
They never answer to my questions. When I tried to open a new conversation from their system, it told "you have an existing conversation that need to be closed"...
I tried to contact via chat and phone (numbers at China, US and Australia). None of the services is operating.

Attempted contact multiple times (ticket# 131123001046254843) requesting information and finally a refund but no reply was given. No refund from paypal either.
Money lost. Lesson learned. Never again!

"I can't believe there are so many 5 star reviews for this place. Maybe their customer service got better, but seeing the other low reviews makes me not believe it.
I put an order with them a few years ago and one of the items wouldn't work out of the box. I wrote their customer service and even submitted pictures to request a replacement. I got absolutely no response from them. I wrote another time and after no response for the second time, I decided that it wasn't worth doing business with them any more.

"ealExtreme (DX) are based in China. Delivery takes ages and might not ever arrive.
I ordered several items back in November 2013. They took 4 weeks to be shipped to the UK. They were then mishandled by Royal Mail and sent back to China. I contacted customer services to arrange a redelivery. It is now February and I am still without my items.
The Customer Service is rubbish. They have a very poor grasp of English, and their e-mails appear to be a direct Google Translate of Cantonese, thus make very little sense.
Don't bother ordering from DX. You probably won't get your items, and you'll not be able to communicate with them when your items don't show up."
"I have shopped with DX many times with out issue, but when there was an issue there was no help from dx support. I have waited over two months for an item I ordered. Every time I contacted DX support I was told to wait another week. After a month and a half I got sick of it and submitted a ticket requesting a refund. The ticket went ignored for a week so I started the chat service, the support staff on there said the staffer handling my ticket was on vacation and would be back in a couple days, he wouldn't process my refund. 5 days later and there has still been no reply to my ticket or refund request.
The supports staff seems to only know how to tell you to wait longer for an item. I first requested a refund when the item still had not come one month after ordering. I asked the support staff if he thought it was right that I should wait a month and a half for an item I order from them and he said yes and did not apologize for the long delay."

I have ordered a flashlight, 4 batteries and a charging device.
They shipped this in 3 (three!) parts. 2 arrived, one parcel is missing since 1,5 months. The Support Chat is mostly offline, eMails are not answered. 2 times I got hold of the Support Chat and was talking to the 2 most stupid persons I've ever talked with. They were unable to understand the simplest question. The essence: ask again in 7 days. 7 days later they tell you the same.
There are 3-4 different tracking pages they refer to, only one (the non public one) does work. There is still no indication on this page that my pacel left China, same status as 4 weeks ago, but they keep telling me everything is alright.
I can do nothing but wait, since there is just nobody to talk to at DX.
