"UPDATE: DealExtreme - DX.com did refund the money I paid for the iPhone cables and adapters that wouldn't work... but I still had to go through the big hassle of getting a refund and then ordering similar products from another store. I don't trust the quality of the DX.com products.

DX have good prices, excellent community to figure out details of products, and DX customer service is always helpful. If time is money but you're not rich enough to not care about reseller ratings :) then you should try out DX."

"First, I live in California. I purchased a battery charger on November 12th. I checked the website before purchasing and it said that it takes 3-7 business days to ship from their international warehouse, and 5-7 business days to ship from Hong Kong.
Now, after seeing that the status changes to shipped on November 12th and today is the 22nd, so 8 business days have passed already, I sent them a message to get the exact shipment date, and the window of time for delivery. They did not answer all my questions, and they did not bother to answer with the date of shipments and a window time. All they said was that:

To summarize, they advertise on their website that it takes at most 7 business days for shipping. This called a lie. liars."
