"I have ordered many times a lot of different items, they always take a lot of time to arrive (like 4 or 5 weeks tops), sometimes they send me emails saying 1 or 2 products need to be restocked and give me choices like canceling the order or send me the available items before, once in a while packing quality is not the best, buy most of the times (like 95% of the times) my order is fulfilled exactly as it supposed to be and all items are the same as I ordered.
Once I've cancelled one order and they immediately refunded me by paypal, I have no complains, some of the products have a very good quality, some are in minor ways different from the pictures in the web page but as I said, I can't complain, most of the items have great quality for it's price and it's great that non have a shipping cost."

"OK, sometimes when ordering some special items. Shipping time is long because of China post as the only shipping method given expect 2-4 months.
Customer service sometimes works and sometimes not. Often they don't understand English and answer is more or less funny.
Refund is not given only store credit for bad items.
Sometimes it is cheap if you calculate prices.
They send old and used coupons\gift cards. No special all around %sale codes or seasonal sales. High prices in general so compare prices. Sometimes they have crazy long holidays in the weird times of year so prepare for delays. They don't check\test the items they send at all so you might get DOA=dead on arrival items. So prepare time when ordering. If you need the item TODAY don't order from DX.com."
"I ordered 2 things. After waiting for my orders and not having received them, I live chatted them and they told me that the waiting period was 14-30 days. I am about at three weeks. I received it today. I plugged in the wifi router and everything worked perfectly. Also I cancelled a few orders when I didnt really know what I was looking for and the cancellations went through promptly. I spoke with them through email when items were not in stock, and they responded quickly. I am still awaiting a tablet so I cant comment yet on that. I figured a month is ok to wait from China to Canada. I bought stuff from ebay before and they all take about that long to get here. I do like the company so far. They have not given me a reason to unlike them at all."

"I requested a refund from seller for merchandise never shipped after almost a month. but paid for. At the same time, as the window was closing soon, I filed a Paypal dispute to protect my interest.
The vendor responded, saying that I need to close the dispute as their "system" cannot process the refund.
I responded that I will not close the dispute until refunded and they replied, "sorry,if you can not , the refund will not reach you successfully by our system,sorry".
I suggested they fix their system and that I would escalate to a Paypal claim.
This operation sounds like a scam to me, taking orders, charging for same, not delivering and then claiming because you dispute the charge, they can't refund what they charged. Worst vendor I've ever dealt with."

The 3 items I received are heavily damaged. Their boxes are severely squeezed that they were torn broken. The reason is that the seller didn't pack them properly, simply using a piece of paper to wrap them. They are not suitable as Xmas gifts anymore. Wasted my time. This problem could entirely be avoided if you put the 3 items in a packing box and securely pack them! Therefore I request a refund. I can ship the items back to you if you will pay the shipping cost! Also, I paid $15 customs and VAT. Even if the seller issue a full refund, I still loose the $15. I intended to given them as Christmas gifts to my friends. Now they can not be used by me at all.
I asked for a refund. They are willing to pay only 40% of the price I paid. They are not going to refund the customs I paid for the defective items. They wasted me a lot of time and the dispute is still unresolved!
Stay away from DX!!!!!"

" I did not receive the the shipment that I bought at dx. So I made a complaint with Correios in Brazil. After months of delay, they told me the object was not located in the postal stream. As international postal standards. the object belongs to the sender until it has been delivered to the recipient.
So, I asked dx to demand that Correios pay the compensation of loosing the shipment and send the package to me again.
