"Ive made an order on 19. 11. 2013 17:49:31
Item was in stock. Then suddenly item was awaiting restock.

I contacted them via chat several times, they said they are having problem with supplier, and are awaiting restock.

And now on 12. 12. 2013 - They listed ordered item (The SAME item!(only added "-c" to the name, to look like it's something new, but it isn't, manufacturer doesn't make any -c version)) under different SKU!!!! Same item!! Instead of fulfilling my order.

I have ordered many times from DX. But this is really not how one should treat their customers!!
Im still waiting and hope they will send it.

Without any notification of what's going on, they refunded me.
If dealextreme was fair, they would NOT list the same item under different sku. At least they would cancel the order next day from purchase or so. Not one month!

"It used to be a good site, but not anymore.
They don’t ship, supply fake tracking numbers and don’t reply to customers letters.
On November 19 I bought a phone from them.
On November 24 they informed me that the phone was shipped and gave me a fake China Post tracking number for the shipment.
There was no information on that... number on China Post site and I contacted DealExtreme twice through their ticket system asking them to check what is wrong with the shipment, but they did not reply.
16 days later, on December 9, without any notice, they changed the tracking number to another one. It took me time to find out that it should be Swedish Post number, but there is no any information on that number there too.
I contacted DealExtreme again through their ticket system asking them to give me an explanation on what is going on, but they ignored this letter too, so I opened a dispute with Paypal.
Would not buy from them again, and would not recommend them to anyone."

"I have bought many times on DX. Eventually some shipments have some problems, like defective products or not delivered package. The support staff is always working to solve the problems the best way to the customer. DX is a great on-line store, with competitive prices and one of the best support I know. Unfortunately I am from Brazil and the mail here (Correios) is terribly slow and the taxes are extremely high (+60%). Beside that I recomend DX for shopping."

"Well I am afraid I am still waiting for this item to be delivered, it is to replace a previous faulty one, it took DX 3 days to answer the 'ticket' although quick to offer replacement, no good if it does'nt show, been 23 days since shipping so far.
Also have to re-set log in every time.

I see that DX have responded very quickly to this review, and asked that I upgrade them, as due to the low value of the order, will take up to 2 months. I see no reason as their FAQ section does not say more than 21 business days for delivery, that I can see and I can see no extra info on value of order, plus this is to replace faulty item, from a larger order, not an order as such.

I will add to this review of the item when I recieve it, hopefully in working order, and see if it actually takes 2 months to go from one side of the world to another in 2014

As promise, I am updating the review as the item has arrived,24/12/13. Good condition and works. it looks the same as the original but the switch part works with a positive feel or 'click'
I suppose the price reflects the wait, but for £7 I could have one next day. "
