"This e-commerce site is designed to STEAL money from Americans. Its origin is China that says it all! I have found nothing but horrible reviews all over the web and interestingly enough is all about the company stealing money from buyers, every single review is about a purchase NEVER RECEIVED OR REFUNDED! what a disgrace! I fell a victim of their scheme! I too made a purchase of $120 on December 8, 2014 and today is the day I have not received my items and all they give me is a "RUNAROUND" asking me to keep waiting until I receive it when clearly they stole my money, and the excuse is that the item is lost and they are tracking it, when not even the number they gave me to track is traceable, it is a FAKE NUMBER to make you believe the shipping happened!
I do not understand how this site is still even running. I am investigating and reporting them to authorities, as well as "RipOff" and FBI Cybercrime division, and site out there advertised with DX extreme, we have to come together and shut this site down. This is a NON-EXISTING company it is a trap to steal money! BEWARE DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES!"

" Ordered some flashlights and batteries with expedited shipping. After 10 days I was told (when i opened a ticket) that packages didnt pass the security check because of batteries and were on their way back to DX. DX promised to reship them using regular post (no refund for change of shipping method promised) once they returned to DX.
Guess when they reshipped my items? 5 days? NO. 10 days? NO. Maybe 20 days? NOOOO!! Attention please - it took DX.com 49 days to reship after their own mistake.
But you willl never believe me when i'll tell you that DX.com reshipped via expedited post AGAIN, which doesnt allow batteries (new order #150109001082291656). 15 days have passed and DX still "waits for items to return".
