"I placed an order here and when I called to complain about the delay in the delivery day.The people that answered the phone were from India and they treated me horribly.
They even hung up on me when I requested to speak with an American supervisor. After that, I called lighting New York and they price matched my item and delivered awesome costumer service, by Americans for Americans.
Later, I called back to cancel the order.I don't support these type of companies that take jobs from us and they don't even make an effort to provide good costumer service."
"This is the most unprofessional seller I have ever experienced. I purchased a $600 faucet. It arrived and the box had already been opened. All the installation hardware was missing as were several other parts. There were finger prints all over the faucet that make it appear as if someone attempted to install the unit. I contacted customer service and stated that I wanted a new unit not a previously returned unit. They told me to go ahead and install the unit. No return since it was not damaged. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???????"

"I placed an order for a sink on May 19, I was charged for the item the same day. On May 20, I received an email saying the item was on backorder from the manufacturer until 6/30 and asked me how I would like to proceed. I replied that I would like to cancel the order because I found the item in stock somewhere else. I never received a response regarding the cancellation and then on May 29, I receive an email saying that my order has shipped. I immediately contact DecorPrice to ask why the item was shipped when I requested a cancellation and they are telling me that they never received my cancellation. I think it is suspicious that they can magically send an item that is backordered for over a month after you tell them that you found the item somewhere else.
"Support" tells me that if I return the item to them, I will have to pay freight costs and a 20% restocking fee--on an order that I cancelled 7 days before it was shipped. Completely ridiculous.
Bottom line, DO NOT do business with this company. They are a complete scam. They charge you immediately upon receiving your order even if the item is "backordered" and they have unethical business practices to scam you out of whatever money they can. Read the 1 star reviews! It is not worth the headache or the time wasted fighting with them for a few dollars less than other merchants. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. "
"TERRIBLE customer service. I requested a quote to see how much outbound freight and a restocking fee would be if I returned an item. I told the representative that I wanted a quote to see if I should spend another $45 to return the item after they charge me with a restock fee. The representative quoted me a price which included shipping and restock. However, I received $50 less than what they quoted me. I tried to contact Decor Price in regards to this variance. They kept telling me this was an approximate quote. APPROXIMATE? I understand if they quoted me $10 or even $20 more than what they refunded me, but $50 is ridiculous! Especially if I have to pay my own return shipping AND the outbound freight shipping. The rep then told me to look at my RGA letter which is irrelevant. Then she told me that they don't know the shipping cost until 5-6 days later, again, irrelevant. I am very unsatisfied with DecorPrice and I will never shop from them again. "
"There are many stores out there, but seriously nothing like these guys. I made the purchase utilizing their Chat Room and the gentleman that helped me did not hesitate covering every aspect of the purchase. He even got me an extra discount for my business. His name is Max and DecorPrice should feel proud of having him as part of their sales/support staff. He is a true World Class representative. I didn't installed my door until 2 months after the delivery and for my surprise one of the glass panels was a bit shattered on one of the corners - nothing serious but once again I contacted Max and he was able to rush me a replacement panel at no additional cost. This my friends....speak by itself.... Congratulations to DecorPrice for their vast selection of products and for such a 5 Star Customer Service Department. I would not buy from anyone else...period..."
"The merchandise was excellent, the price was very competitive, the packaging was first-rate, and the speed of delivery was superb. However, online I was able to order two of the faucets but I later received an email stating that only one faucet was available. I had to purchase a second identical faucet elsewhere and pay a higher price."
"When 1 of the 3 Kohler items I ordered arrived in an opened box, and damaged, I immediately notified DecorPrice. I assumed they would give me directions as to how to return and exchange the item for one that was new (since this was obviously defective, and probably returned by a previous customer), NBD. I was so disappointed by their response. They asked for several photos of the item, to prove that it was defective. Then they told me to contact Kohler and have them verify that it was defective. How is that supposed to happen? Still, I followed their directions and contacted Kohler. Baffled, they confirmed that the vendor (DP) was responsible for replacing the item (which of course I knew). After several days of back and forth, they finally agreed to take back the item and refund my money. By then my item was on back order with them, so I ordered it through another vendor. I was willing to pay $10 more to get it on time, and I didn't want to give DP anymore of my business. I guess you get what you pay for. I won't be purchasing anything from them again, now that I've experienced their horrible customer service."

"Order was placed on a Friday. Did not receive tracking email and it had already been 4 days so I gave them a call. Once I call them, I am then told that the product is back-ordered from the manufacturer and the expected ship date is nearly three weeks away.
Had I not called, I would probably still be waiting for the order to arrive with no clue that they did not even have it in stock.
Poor customer service. If something is not going to ship, and especially in this case when the eta is nearly a month away, at least have the decency to follow up with the customer and let them know."
