"So far my experience has been a disaster. I ordered a 24', polished towel warmer Dec 17, 2012, and it is now Feb 26th, and I have yet to see it. The last communication I had was back in mid January when I had to call in and ask for a status update because I had not been contacted and told it was delayed even further. Now today, Feb 26th, I tried calling in, was on hold for 11 minutes, and then the phone was cut off?
Are you still in business or have I lost my money? I think your company has some great products to offer but this performance has left me with zero confidence. I would appreciate a call back to bring me up to date on my order please and thank you.

"FAIL. Small part was special ordered, confirmed by phone and subsequently canceled by Decor Island with no notification. Website status showed it was shipped. More than 60 days later I discovered it was not available. $11 missing part renders a several hundred dollar piece of equipment unusable. Unacceptable.

"Words can not say how satisfied I am. I have been looking for this discontinued product which is almost impossible to find for a long time. Joe Spiegle is an awesome salesman. He has a great attitude and worked non-stop until he found this for me. He communicated with me from the moment I contacted Deco Island until the product was found and ordered. Very upset, I have a confirmation page payment made thru paypal delivery was supposed to be 7-10 days had not received after 15 days called to findout my order had been inadvertently place on hold for no reason except they had hit a wrong key to pull the order. No notification, had I not called it would not have been checked on because they only check orders on hold 2 times a year or wait for customer to call. I suggested they implement a new process immediately! I called to check order status which was to be the next Friday still no shippment, as of January 2 2013 I still have not received the order placed Nov. 29 2012 paypal was the method of payment. 1/23/13 I received this order last week was given compensation of toilet lid 2 weeks later. Phone customer service is great I don't understand why their supplier doesn't co-operate. "

"I ordered a LeNova kitchen sink from Decor Island, which is not carried by many distributors and the whole experience was effortless and efficient.
I ordered the sink on Monday Nov. 19 by phone, suffered a bit
of a memory lapse during Thanksgiving so on Friday, Nov. 23 I called to be sure I had completed the order. During the call I
was sent a confirmation and on Sat. Nov. 24 the sink arrived.
What stands out the most about this whole process is that real
people answer the phone at Decor Island, know what they are doing and can tell you immediately about your order. No pushing of buttons to choose a language or find a real person. That alone was fantastic. The quick turnaround on the order was unexpected but also a reason to do business with Decor Island.
At least part of this kitchen renovation has had its unexpected
pleasant moments. I would buy everything else I could from this company.

"One of the poorest experiences I've had buying a product on-line. I placed an order with Décor Island on October 12, for a bathroom mirror they showed in stock. I received confirmation of completed billing payment immediately. Waited three weeks and received nothing. No shipping confirmation, or notification of product being back ordered. Called Décor Island and spoke to John on 11/7/2012, who advised me that they were experiencing quality issues so the product was not available. John offered to substitute a different product, which I declined. I was then told that I would receive a refund in full within two days. A week later, no refund and I called back and talked to another customer service representative who said he would process the refund manually and it should go through immediately. A day later, still no record of a refund as confirmed with the card service. On subsequent calls to Décor Island, my calls to customer care were disconnected, or if I talked to the sales team, I was transferred to voicemail. Previous email's and voice mails were not returned either. Finally had to call the credit card company and file a claim against Décor Island, which is the only way I got them to process the refund. I would not recommend Décor Island as a place to do business, as this has been a most frustrating experience. I understand mistakes happen and am very tolerant of the storms NY has experienced. But this order was placed 3 weeks prior to the storm, and the product was not shipped nor was there any communication as to why. Multiple follow up calls where they promised to refund and didn't. Incidentally, I did place another order thru Amazon, and got the product within two days… "
"I have had the worst online night mare with DECORISLAND than any reputable online reputable seller. Run as fast as you can from them as it is not worth trying to save a few dollars. There customer service appears to be liars, rude, and won't take your call after the first couple times I called. After I called from my online phone at home I could never get through to them. I called back again after a few minutes using my cell phone and they would answer. I spend nearly $500.00 buying a Koehler sink which was broken and they have yet to do anything about it. Decor Island told me that as soon as I signed the paper work from the shipping company that I accepted the sink. The thing is that I never signed anything from the shipping company because one day I found the box on a pallet at the end of my driveway. There are so many reputable and honest online sellers that want your business and they go out of their way to make you completely satisfied. Please read the reviews of a company before buying, I should have and I didn't!!!!!!

"I would NEVER purchase from this company again. I ordered on a Monday by phone and was told that two were in stock and item would ship on Wednesday. Item has not shipped as of Friday even though they promise a 48-hour pack, pick and ship. I have been contacting them repeatedly for tracking which I finally got today and the number was incorrect. There is virtually ZERO customer service. I have now attempted to cancel order due to delay issues and could not reach customer serivce representative. They are great at taking orders and then great at disappearing with your money.
