"I should have checked the reviews first. I ordered a very expensive vanity and was assured that it was good quality - as I did pose that question. I had to wait several weeks for it to arrive and it was packed really well. Being a senior citizen I had to wait for the plumber to arrive to install. It was a few days and when he upwrapped and unwrapped, then bubble wrap, box and styrofoam then the vanity. The leg was damaged. There was no evidence of broken wood in box so had to be packed that way. Since I did not unwrap and report damage within 48 hours - they are refusing to do anything. It was shipped from DECORISLAND - FAUCETSTOP is not even responding. RUN FROM THESE COMPANIES."

"I had a need for a sink replacement for a vanity. The size was difficult to find, I found it at Decor Island and a few other websites.
Because of the urgency to fix my cracked sink, I called each supplier to see who had it on hand. Decor Island was the only one who had the item on hand at the time. I ordered the sink for next day arrival (at an additional cost)on a Monday and was told it was too late in the day to do so it would ship the next day which was fine. The sink did not arrive on Wednesday. When I called they explained to me the product wasn't there and that it would ship that same day to arrive on Friday. Now we play the waiting game. My dissatisfaction lies in the fact that I was told it would ship on one day only to call and find out it was shipping 2 days later than originally told me."

"The price was right but the customer service is bad. You cannot get a customer service rep to respond to any inquiries be it on the phone (2 calls so far) or via e-mail (3 or 4 so far). I requested expedited shipping at an extra cost and when the shipping was late customer service wouldn't even acknowledge my complaint. The product has a defect but I'm not even going to attempt to address that issue."
"Not happy with paying for overnight shipping which cost $30.00 extra. They called and said they would see what they could do and would call back if they wouldn't be able to get it out on time to get it here by (ordered it thursday morning) Friday or Saturday. Didn't hear back at all and didn't receive it until the next Tuesday. Why pay for overnight if it going to take 5 days."
"I ordered hardware on 3/14. I was told it was on backorder until 3/20. I did not get the hardware until 4/9. By then the customer found the hardware locally and we installed it. I have been trying, unsucessfully, to return the hardware 4 times on the phone, one of which I was on hold for over 30 minutes and then was told someone would call me within the hour. It didnn't happen. Still trying to return the hardware for 3 days now! "

"I called Decor Island about a sink that I was trying to order from another on-line store (whom I still have not heard from). While on the phone with a sales representative from Decor Island, he found me the exact sink I wanted and processed the order right away. I was very impressed with his positive attitude and "off the cuff" knowledge of the product I was looking for.
That sink was shipped damaged to their warehouse, so they exchanged the first sink for another with no hesitation. There was a lack in communication that the sink was damaged which put it back several days. Other than that everything was excellent.
I will be using them again in the future."

Called and got the runaround "We are processing, its bundled with another shipment, we'll let you know, blah, blah blah..." Screwed up my timing for an inspection."
