"Worst company to do business with. After ordering my server they refused to help make a change to the system before it was even assembled. They prompted me to cancel the order and completely rebuild the system from scratch to reorder it. How about just processing a change request to the factory? NO that's too much work for them. I was actually making a change to upgrade my CPU mean they get more $$ from me. How stupid can you be to refuse to make more money off of an existing order rather than inconvenience your customers who spend thousands of dollars on your companies products. One of those pocket lining executives should stop counting is money and start reading these reviews. I'm not the first nor the last bad review to be written about this company."
"The camera of our all in one machine was faulty. The product was still under warranty. We called and were told it's a software issue. After many months of back and forth the technician finally concluded that it's a hardware problem. By then the warranty had expired and Dell first said that there's nothing they can do. Eventually they agreed to 'make an exception', and cover the case. Turns out they have no cameras in stock. Backordered. We wait for month. Then a technician calls to install a totally different camera with lose wires hanging out. This is where we are now. Who knows how this journey will continue.... Dell couldn't figure out what camera our computer has, and told us to ship the computer to them to figure it out?!? It's a mess. Never with Dell again... "
"Laptop died 20 months after purchase. Had to purchase a warranty for $300 to get it repaired. tech said they would send the part and get the service call going immediately. A week later I find out that nothing had been done. I get a part and service call scheduled. I have been told it would take 1-3 days to get it fixed. That was over a week ago, the part has been waiting to get picked up for 4 days. No one can tell me when the repair will happen. Best part, if they can't fix this 20 month old computer we are just out of luck. "
"Ordered an item from Dell on 11/12/14, they called be on 11/28/14, and said they needed to extend the shipping date. This was the second time they were going to extend it. I reluctantly agreed to extend the ship date until December 9th. I logged into my account today, because I expected a shipping email yesterday. I found that my order had been canceled. "I recently purchased a Dell laptop and tablet. After I received my invoice I noticed around a $150 dollar difference in price of what I was quoted and charged. Trying to get credit for this has been a nightmare. I am passed from one representative to the next, placed on hold for 30-minutes, told I will get credit, and Dell does not deliver. No I would not do business with this company in the future."

"I ordered a refurbished laptop from Dell.com and when it came, the keyboard was broken and there were a few other issues with it. I asked to return it, they asked if I'd try to resolve the issues with their support team first and accept an $85 refund, I agreed. But with more issues coming up, I asked to return it again, it was day 32 since the purchase date. They wouldn't let me return it because it was past 30 days. Unethical in my eyes. "
"I ordered an alieneware laptopfrom Dell.com then two days later I received an email from dell: Dell Order Has Shipped for Dell Purchase ID: XXXXXX? same day another email: Order Canceled – Order Number XXXXXX and stating the following:

However, since we did not hear from you, we were unable to complete required security steps and regret to inform you that your order(s) referenced below has been canceled.

1-Dell's team never contacted me or called me
2- I called that number the first time and was put on hold for 45 Minutes. I called again and was told that the team are in a meeting for one hour and call back later.
3- 2 hours later I called and was put on hold and then they hangup on me three times.
4- I called again and requested to talk to a supervisor, they put me on hold and hangup again.
5-I called at least 5 to 6 times and got no supervisor to talk to.
6- I received an email that my order is shipped and received a FEDEX #
The traking showed that the item is coming to my house, three days later I checked fedex and showes that dell requested FEDEX to return the item back/
7- I called Dell numerous time until I got a person on the other side saying that I will receive an email to confirm my order. No email yet "
"HORRIBLE customer service!!! Every time I try to speak to a supervisor, they either hang up on my or say that they are away from their desk. I have called over 10x and still haven't resolved my problem. I was supposed to receive a $200 Gift Card for buying a TV and they never sent it. Still arguing it almost 6 months later. BUYER BEWARE!!!"

"I have never wrote a review but this really needs to be said. The fact that Dell is even 1-star is too much. You would think a big company like Dell would have great service, but it is horrible. I purchased a simple video game a month ago and were supposed to receive a $15 coupon with it. That took over a month to come in after, and now I am trying to use it to purchase another game and the code doesn't even work. Their customer service asks to sign you up for everything before helping you out. The Chat representative "TIP_Emmanuel P" took forever to respond. Horrible service. Never will i ever purchase anything from them again. BOYCOT DELL, I am giving 1 star because there is nothing lower!!! "
"The worst Customer service ever.My new Inspiron desktop needed a new motherboard after 2 months it was difficult to get them to do it but they did.
I have now had the computer for 5 months and they need to replace the mother board again. Worldwide tech never called me for the confirmed repair and never showed up. I have made 4 calls to worldwide and 65 calls to dell. The worst experience ever!!! DEll never again and I have 2 other dell computers."
