"Ordered a product online, had my credit card charged for the item only to find out 24 hrs later that the color I wanted was out of stock. Not only that but 7 of the 8 colors offered online were out of stock. No where did it alert me that these items weren’t available while placing my order. Tried both calling and emailing customer service and did not get a response for over 24hrs and the response I received was email. No one would pick up the phone. Afraid of having to talk to an angry customer?? I will never try to place an order InkHead again. "

Had to sit on hold for almost 40 minutes before I was able to reach someone on the sales line in order to touch base with my account manager (who didn't return emails or voicemails) on a product. Due to Ink Head's inability to communicate and lack of customer engagement we had to cancel our order because it wouldn't have met the deadline we needed. Would not recommend this company to anyone. There are hundreds of promotional product companies out there and I've dealt with several who are much more professional and responsive than Ink Head. If you're considering Ink Head, stop immediately and approach a different company."
"I received my order of 50 frisbees. Half of them the printing was messed up. I notified Inkhead within a few days of delivery. I requested half my money back or for them to send me 25 new ones and I would return the bad ones at their expense. That was on July 30th. They keep telling me they are looking into it. They are contacting their vendor to see what can be done. I need the frisbees by Thurs July 9. Today is Tuesday July 7th. I have no idea if I will get them in time or not.
I am still waiting on a reply."
