"The main thing I liked was the color of the pen. LOVE the yellow.
I also wanted to order key tags but this process was way to hard, way to many emails back and forth. This is a very busy time of year for us and I do have the time to go back and forth with emails. Sometimes it is better just to get someone on the phone and ask them what they want if you can't understand what they are asking you to do. If I order from your company again, I will just go through Schuler Bauer and let them work with you.
